Rich has been at the Cafe for the last three years, both as the Pastry Chef and, most recently, as the Chef.  His previous positions have been as a cook at Campagne Restaurant, the Sous Chef at Au Bouchon French Bistro, as well as Pastry positions at Cafe Septieme and the Sorrento Hotel.  He now brings 20 years of cooking experience to the helm at the Madison Park Cafe.

  Rich takes pride in offering the classic French dishes that he loves, with a twist to make them unique.  Please stop by the kichen and say Hello when you are dining in the Cafe!
